We’re not ribbing you – you’re invited to a saucesome BBQ lunch, hosted by Grill Master and Executive Director, Cole Marvin. This competition-ready cook has honed his sweet and spicy craft on the local barbeque circuit. For one special afternoon, Cole is bringing his very own competition smoker to Friendship Village Tempe to season, slow-cook and serve up a meaty feast you won’t want to miss.

Our Smoked, Seasoned and Served event is just one example of the bold and tangy events we enjoy hosting throughout the year. So, grab a plate, pull up a chair and mingle with residents. You’ll get a taste of how flavorful life can be at Friendship Village – and you’ll be asking for seconds in no time.
